In most cases, our cleaners use public transport to get to your location so it is super helpful if you could provide the cleaning products and equipment.

If that’s not ideal, we can make a plan for your cleaner to bring the cleaning products and equipment at a cost.

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for the cleaner(s) to sign.
