In most cases, our cleaners use public transport to get to your location so it is super helpful if you could provide the cleaning products and equipment.

If that’s not ideal, we can make a plan for your cleaner to bring the cleaning products and equipment at a cost.

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.

Yes – if you book a regular weekly or fortnightly clean clean, we’ll match you with a cleaner that can clean every time. So you’ll get the same 5* experience every week, or as often as you need.

If your regular cleaner is on leave / goes away, you can book a substitute cleaner by contacting us HERE.
